I downloaded the 5.1 update on my IPod and it wont even turn on now. I turn it on but all it has on the sceen is to plug it up to the computer and go to ITunes. but there is nothing on there that helps it. Ive restored it so many times. I dont know what to do now!?!? does any one know how to fix it????

If you successfully restore the iPod and then it it asks to restore again mabe this:

Restore loop (being prompted to restore again after a restore successfully completes): This issue is typically caused by out-of-date or incorrectly configured third-party security software. Please followTroubleshooting security software issues if USB troubleshooting does not resolve this issue.

Otherwise, I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

i was using my ipod i put it down for like 5 seconds i pic it up to check if someone texted me on text plus and it wont turn on it wont even tell me if its dead and it wont charge it wont say its charging either what do i do??
