Q: deleted account by mistake can't get to mail ,contacts everything is off they won't respone

I think that I deleted my Icloud accountI.m trying to Verify my account to add apps to my itouch on the page it has mail,contacts,calendars,reminders,etc. they won't respond is there any way that I can restore the programs. I just bought this last night.also in the Email where it says account it has my name @mail.com, when I press check E-mail it goes right to my gmail address are there t 2 different email address on the itouch.
