issues launching mens health app

i have downloaded mens health mag app.

it is not loading when i initiate the app.

please help

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 5.1.1

Reboot your iPad and then try again.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

If I read it correctly, you do have to have a subscription for the magazines. The first issue is free I think, but I just glanced very quickly at the website for the app.

In addition to what Demo offered, be advised that even if you have a paper subscription, Men's Health does not offer an electronic version free. I wound up letting my Men's Health Subscription expire and bought the magazine from Zino, where I get all of my magazines now. I personally prefer Zino to Newstand. I found the Men's Health App frankly worthless and wound up deleting it.

thanks for your quick reply,

i forgot to mention that i have bought subscription thru itunes for one year and been charged.

i have done everything you have recomended.

when app start i see mens health red logo on black back ground

then home page appears with loading sign in the middle of blank page

that is as fas as i can go the nothing happens

i deleted the app and reinstalled it , same result

if i can get it to work, how can i cancel subscription and get refund ? can you help?

by the way i will try zino, does subscription purchased thru itunes still applies if i switch to zino?
