Q: Lost media

I rented a film using new iPhone 4S. The phone was faulty and had to be replaced. Now I cannot see this rented film anywhere on the replacement handset or in iTunes on my PC. Can anybody advise how to locate it or is it lost in cyberspace?

It will not be possible to locate it since the only place the download existed was on the defective iPhone; rentals cannot be redownloaded. You'll need to go here:

http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

to report the situation to the iTunes Store. They may grant you a new rental.
