How do I delete MagicPrefs from my Preferences? I don't have the devices it works with, yet annoying windows keep popping up to tell me I need to download a different version....of this thing I don't need....

Select the icon. CTRL- or RIGHT-click and select Move to Trash from the context menu. Then Empty the Trash.
Didn't work. It says that "This item can't be moved to the Trash because it's open."
Then close it. If you can't then open Activity Monitor in Utilities folder, locate the MagicPrefs process, select it and click on the Force Quit option in the AM toolbar.
