i got message on the iphone that i can update to ios 5.1.1 so i connected to itunes and done back up with it ,then i pressed update on the itunes , iphone and itunes connected, on itunes window shows "updating iphone software" with loading bar underneath stalled and iphone shows logo and loading bar also stalled and it is for 3 hours already, it never was like this before and it's all info i can provide.. hope it will help.
