My time capsule shows that it is locked using " get info". It will not back up my computer anymore. Terminal shows another admin name an apparentky password then my real admin name as well.

What do you mean by "My Time Capsule"? Are you referring to the Time Capsule's internal disk, perhaps called "Data"?

What error message do you see when it tries? You might try using AirPort Utility to check the settings for that disk.

Time Capsule is a Hardrive designed as a wireless hard drive for MacBook air and time machine. The time capsule icon has a lock attached to it now which I as the admin don't have privileges to unlock. I don't know of higher privledges than admin. This lock appeared when I switched to a new primary computer . In sold the previous computer before I noticed the I can't access the time capsule anymore?
Terminal mode shows a different admin/user than any that can be found listed in the user system preferences on this machine so maybe that is why the time capsule shows that it is locked to the admin.

I know what a Time Capsule is, otherwise I wouldn't be trying to give advice about them. Let me try to ask my earlier question in a different way: What precisely are you doing to reveal an icon for your Time Capsule so that you can do a "Get Info" on it? List all the steps that you're doing. If you really mean an icon labeled "Time Capsule, the permissions on that aren't critical to using its disk. It's the permissions on the internal disk that are important.
In the "Get Info" window of your Time Capsule, what do you see in the "Sharing & Permissions" section?

Presuming you migrated your files from the old computer to the new, which tool did you use to do that?
You evidently didn't take my advice that "You might try using AirPort Utility to check the settings for that disk." I'll be more specific. Launch AirPort Utility (preferably something older than version 6.0), select the Time Capsule on the left, then click "Manual Setup" at the bottom. Click on the "Disks" icon in the tool bar. Click on the "File Sharing" tab. What are your settings in the fields on that panel?

Once again you've ignored my request for additional information: "What are you doing in Terminal do see that?" To be more specific, presumably you're referring to something you did in the Terminal utility. What are the exact commands you entered and exactly what do you see when you run those commands?
I'm asking for that type of information because it's important in helping you solve your problem. If you can't supply that extra information, I can't help you.
I go to terminal and it asks for a password for a admin/ user that is not listed as existing on the computer . I don't know how to explain it any other way. Since I can't use the time capsule because it is locked ( a lock shows up on the time capsule icon) anymore I back up to a portable hard drive that I plug into the USB port.

You launch the Terminal utility and the first thing it does is prompt you for a password? That is very strange.

There is a locked folder under under go/ computer/ shared/ Time Capsule/ shared. I cannot remove this lock. i have tried resetting the time capsule but the locks remain. I don't have any permission in the get info to change the permissions.

I gather you mean the "prompt" that is shown before each command in a Terminal session. If you type the command "echo $LOGNAME" (without the quotes), you should see the same value. That value is known as the "short name". Open the "Users & Groups" panel of System Preferences. If the lock in the lower-left corner is "closed", click on it and authenticate. Then to a right- (or control-) click on your account entry in the column on the left. You should see a "contextual menu" choice of "Advanced Options". Click on that. In the resulting panel you should see an "Account name" that matches what you see in the Terminal window. Do you have any idea where that value came from? In that panel also note the value of "User ID". That might be useful later in this problem-solving exercise.
If the only problem on your Mac is that you don't like the "Account name" setting, you could choose to live with it. Do you change it, see this Apple document.

I don't see that on either of two Macs I have running two different major versions of OS X. On either one invoking Go > Computer opens a panel showing the Mac's boot drive, an entry labeled "Network", and an entry for a USB drive attached to my Time Capsule. By "shared" do you mean the "Shared" section in the "sidebar" of that Finder window? On my Macs there's an entry there for my Time Capsule. If I select that, the main part of the Finder window shows the internal "Data" drive of the Time Capsule and the USB drive attached to it. I don't see anything named "shared". Did you rename the Time Capsule's internal drive to "shared"? (Oddly, when I select either of those disks, I can't invoke File > Get Info at all. If neither disk is selected and I invoke File > Get Info, the info panel for the Time Capsule shows a "General" section, a "More Info" section" with an endlessly spinning gear followed by the text "Fetching...", and a "Preview" section that shows a picture of the Time Capsule.) If I double-click on the icon for the Time Capsule's internal disk, it will mount and appear on my Mac's Desktop. If I do a File > Get Info on that disk icon, the resulting panel has no "Lock" checkbox.
Please clarify the issues I mention above so that I can continue my analysis.
I understand the short name now...it is also the same name as Home. But neither home of the admin user has priviledges to backup to the time capsule. It remains locked even after resets.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Home". How many user accounts are there on that Mac? Which of them are administrative accounts? The "short name" you see in a Terminal prompt will be that of the account you're using.
Regarding the Time Capsule, I have two comments:
1) Please go back to my previous post and read what I see when I do Go > Computer. Explain what you see at each step. Without your description I don't know how to interpret your mention of "go/ computer/ shared/ Time Capsule/ shared", as it doesn't match what I see.
2) I want to explore the disk settings on your Time Capsule, but you haven't answered my question in the fifth post of this thread when I asked about those settings. I cant give you advice in a vacuum.

I have tried to factory reset the time capsule with every user and the two admins account. With present admin account...... Go/Computer ... shows a lock on the "Time capsule" icon and a lock on " Time Machine Backups" icon .
I don't understand why you aren't able to give me details as requested in item 2 of my last post, but without those details I can't help you make progress on your problem.

It sounds like you have the Time Capsule disk and the "sparsebundle" file on it both mounted.
i did what you said and reported that I added all admins and users to airport utility/disks/file sharing and gave them all read write privileges and clicked update and checked enabled file sharing. I have done this several times and cactory reset the time capsule 3 times.

I don't see that you mentioned that in any of your posts in this thread.
In AirPort Utility's "File Sharing" tab try setting "Secure Shared Disks" to "With a disk password".
