i did what you said and reported that I added all admins and users to airport utility/disks/file sharing and gave them all read write privileges and clicked update and checked enabled file sharing.
I don't see that you mentioned that in any of your posts in this thread.
In AirPort Utility's "File Sharing" tab try setting "Secure Shared Disks" to "With a disk password".

Do you mean that you tried setting "Secure Shared Disks" to each of "With a disk password" and "With accounts"?

If I invoke Go > Computer, I only see local disks, a mounted USB disk attached to my Time Capsule, and an item named "Network". If I click the "disclosure triangle" to the left of "Network", it reveals my Time Capsule. Is that what you see? If not and you're seeing that Time Capsule in the main computer window, if you select the Time Capsule icon and invoke File > Get Info, in the result window what do you see in the "General" section for "Kind"?
I'm not sure if this will show me anything interesting, but I'm still interested in knowing what values you see in the "File Sharing" panel of AirPort Utility.
Until you can make progress on this problem, I'd only use the "With disk password" setting.
