Make sure you are connected to the Internet and you have your valid apple ID.
I have the same issue as jack and am certainly connected to the internet AND have the right ID...
Apple? What is going on here???????????

Connects fine with iTunes on my PC
I've reset my router,
Reset my phone (complete reset wiping every trace of everything from the phone)
Double checked my Apple ID and Password
Searched the Forums (twice)
Tried a Ouija Board to ask Steve Jobs
Everything else connects fine
Oh, to rule out my Broadband connection i've tried over 3G and Via another Wifi Connection
Any Ideas??
Never have I had a phone that has needed to be wiped and reset so many times just to do the simplest of things
It must be happening again the first post was from may don't see an answer though.
