when any friend sends me one of his contact details in form of business card to my iphone, I never receive it and don't know where it is stored. Please clarify.

i.e. I can't receive or see or add any contact to my iphone and I don't know where it is stored on my iphone. Plus at friends mobile it informs via report that business card is delivered!
