Q: ipod nano 2nd gen wont play music.
I believe my 2nd gen ipod nano was disconnected the wrong way from my laptop, and now it won't play my music at all. It just keeps restarting and when I try it on itunes it shows a little exclamation point next to all my songs. I've tried to play on several computers, is there a way to troubleshoot it or do I just have to restore it?

The exclamation point means iTunes can no longer locate the track at its specified location. As long as you know that the music that was on your Nano is still in your iTunes library, then yes, I would go ahead and restore the device to factory settings.
