My new ipad cant send imessage and use facetime

Hi everyone. My new ipad cannot send using imessage. Facetime won't work either. It has the same email ad as my imessage in iphone but i already turned it off and it still won't work. It only happend to me just now, i've been using it with for a month with my iphone. Before it was working with my iphone. I do not know why it wont send imessage and facetime right now. But other internet related apps work like safari and appstore and social networking sites.
