How do I set final cut server to reference a new folder on the server?

I'm sure there's a simple solution to this, but I can't work it out.

We have final cut server currently reference the productions folder on our server to access all of our footage (FCSVR>Productions). In the Productions folder are various subfolders with each of our film projects.

We've moved all of these subfolders into a new folder on the server (FCSVR>PRE_22-05-12) so obviously now the Productions folder is empty and the Final Cut Server application is showing nothing in it's catalogue.

How do I set Final Cut Server to look in and display the contents of PRE_22-05-12 not Productions ?

I actually may have just figured this out. But now fcsvr is creating a whole new set of proxies. How do I relink the location of the new files to the old proxy bundle?

Page 93 of the Setup Guide explain how to edit a device's settings. Specifically, it sounds like you want to change the directory of your device:
