Hi im Using IMac 10.5.8 And Suddenly i lost my Audio.

I dont know what happened.. When i start up, I can hear sound, But i cant hear anything on Youtube or Whatever stuffs on my computer (like Skype)

I tried Command + Option + P +R and didnt worked.

I need fast help before my parents know i broke the computer... Thx

Your audio settings may have been changed.


Open Audio MIDI Setup (/Applications/Utilities/), then check the Audio Output setting.


Change the Audio Output setting to 44100.0 Hz.


Quit Audio MIDI Setup.
