    At the moment no (whether they will in the future nobody on here will know until if/when Apple announce something). A full list of what is available where is shown on this page. Do you have access to other music purchase download sites ? And/or you can copy your own CDs via iTunes.

    Thanks, I have loaded all my CD's on but there are items like EP's which are not available in CD's stores here which I would like to purchase from the UK or US store.  I was looking at getting John Mayer's Born & Raised, it is available from Amazon but it does not come with the extra's (photos, lyrics etc) that you get from iTunes. That's why I was wondering why we couldn't purchase music from here.  But thanks your info answered my question.
