Q: My replacement iPod Nano is frozen and will not shut down or stop playing.  I cannot operate the touch or slide functions...truly frozen.

I have tried to reset the IiPod, but an unsure of how to properly reset the instrument.

    To do a hard reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume down buttons together at the same time long enough for the Apple logo to appear. This may or may not work the first time around, so don't be afraid to try it more than once.


    If you are still unable to get any sort of response, you'll need to let the iPod's battery fully drain.  Then charge it back up and see if things are back to normal.
