Problem with Apple ID Password and having to enter it 20-25 times a day..even when im not doing anything

Since I updated from 5.1.1 my iPhone 4s has been requiring me to enter my password around 20-25 times a day and sometimes more. If I hit cancel everything works but then it pops up every 15 seconds unless I enter the password. If I enter the password it will go for about 20 minutes before I have to enter it again. This is becoming very annoying to deal with.

Anyone have any solutions for this problem?
