How do you install windows bootcamp on a second internal hard drive?

I have a SSD as my main hard drive then installed the old hard drive internally in the internal optical bay slot. Whenever I try to install Windows and reboot, I get the No Bootable Disk error. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

If your computer is a MacBook, or MacBook Pro, then the Boot Camp tool from Apple only supports bootinf form the first internal drive, as Apple only ships their notebooks with one internal drive. You might be able to get around this by installing your SSD as the secondary drive, and then putting Boot Camp on the primary drive. IIRC, you can boot MacOS from either...
