Cannot connect to iStore error only from iTunes

I cannot connect to iTunes. I get the error "cannot connect to iStore". I can connect to iStore directly or from different applications.

My iPad is new, and the problem is from the very beginning. I could also connect to iTunes from the PC and connect the iPad to iTunes on the PC.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1

Well I'm searching for a answer but I must ask it seems a bit weird to have ios 6.1.1 come out and the next day ios 6.1.2, the best that can be done is (you will need a computer) is to get ios 6.1 update back on your device, I have already done this and I'm able to get apps again, now I'm wait for a new update to fix this one, that is the best that can be done for right now
