I have the old ipod touch(without camera) and I received the new one (with camera) as a gift. How do I transfer everything from old one to new one?

Make one final USB sync with the old iPod. The sync includes a backup. Then connect the new iPod to the same computer/iTunes library and restore from the backup of the old iPOd. All the synced media like apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media is not included in the backup that iTunes makes. For how to restore see:
