I see that there are 3 options for a Hardware Keyboard Layout on my new iPad:
U.S.
U.S. International - PC
U.S. Extended
What is the difference between these three keyboard layouts and why/when should I use one over the other?
Also, do any of these keyboards have an impact on the voice dictation? I know if I switch to UK it will try to voice dictation processing based on a British accent.

It's to do with the extra letters that come up when you long press keys, and a few little nuances most people won't notice. for everyday use, any of te keyboards are just as good as each other.
