Home Sharing set up

Trying to set up Home Sharing on my new iPhone. It says to "tap Settings > iPod" but there is no iPod choice under settings. Please advise..

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, Just bought today

Thank you for responding. The link is for info on understanding personal hotspots. I don't understand how that is associated with Home Sharing. I also don't understand the question about being provisioned by my carrier. Appreciate the effort, though.

Thanks again. This link leads me back to the guidance to "tap Settings > iPod." However, the problem is that there is no "iPod" available under Settings on my phone. Appreciate any additional advice.

I think the documentation needs to be updated. Try going to Settings > Music.
