i update my iphone 3gs to iso 5.1.1 and my iphone have no wifi no imei no blourtooth no modem firmware .😕

Your phone has experienced a complete hardware failure. If you attempted to jailbreak it, you'll need to buy a new phone. Else, bring it to Apple for out of warranty exchange.
imy 3gs iphone is not jailbreaked ... my carrier is AT&T ... i am traveling around the world i use my iphone to take pic & use wifi to call the famile in America its cheaper .. can i go to any apple store ( out of warranty axchange ) in any country or just the U S ? I am in Jordan in the ( middle east ) now
You can only get your out of warranty replacement in the US.
there is no other way to fix this i need to use only the wifi now ... i will be home any soon i am traveling til the end of the year ... can you help me pls😟
Your only option is to bring your phone to a 3rd party repair shop in your area and see if they can fix it. If not, you'll need to buy a new phone.
