Q: Restore phone after breakage

I broke my screen on I phone/ had it repaired and guy said I just have to connect to I tunes to restore my phone. However, my phone will not do anything at all

iPhone 4, iOS 4, Will not connect to I tunes

This is what happens when you bring your phone to be repaired to a 3rd party repair shop and not to Apple for exchange.

Your "repair guy" screwed up your phone. Tell HIM to restore it.
