Quit then relaunch Safari. Try Facebook.

Hello Murphyco,
What is exactly your problem, can you access Facebook with another browser ?
Do you see a message when you try to access Facebook with Safari ?
Do you accept all your cookies in Safari's preferences ?
If you have Mac OS X v10.6 or 10.7 you can upgrade Safari to the latest version here :
I removed all my FaceBook cookies, but I have to do this every time I relaunch Safari after using FaceBook in my previous session.
I have not tried accessing FaceBook with another browser in my computer, I only use Safari, so it is the only browser I have downloaded. I do not get a message, the load bar just stops at about 1/5th loaded. I have already updated my Safari to the most current version avaibable for my computer. I am not sure to check if I accept all cookies or not, but deleting my cookies seems to temorarily solve the problem.
No, you should not have to.

Glad that helped. There's an alternative way to do this.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Reset Safari
Select only: Remoe All Website Data
Quit then relaunch Safari.
Do you use a proxy or an extension that could block Facebook (like Ghostery) ?
Regarding the "Reset Safari" above, do I check "all website icons" or "all webpage previews"?
