For the past 2 weeks Youtube no longer remembers the history or seatch words. It will remember the history so long as its running, but as soon as its turned off and then back on the history is gone.
I have restored the ipad, but this did not correct the problem,, the history is still working on ipod and iphones ok.
Any ideas?

I've had the same problem, so I called apple. They told me to back up the iPad to my computer and to factory reset the iPad ON MY COMPUTER. As long as you do it on your computer then you're gonna be fine, although my iPad worked fine the first couple of days, but now I'm experiencing problems again. It's a bit weird. I hope this helped!
Hi, i think it started after an update a while ago,, i have since restored it, synced it,, still has the same problem, wont remember history or any search words in youtube,, very annoying for my autistic son!

I have the same problem, too. So you mean, after restoring the iPad, after quite some time, youtube history stopped remembering history again?
