I HAVE PAID FOR iTUNES MATCH BUT MY iPHONE SAID NOT SUBSCRIBED WHAT CAN I DO
my iphone is only a 4 with self upgraids is that the reason i can not work it

Just to be sure tap Settings > Music
Make sure iTunes Match is swtiched ON.
And tap Settings > Store
Make sure Music is switched ON.
Make sure your iPhone software is up to date.
Tap Settings > General > Software Update
