Q: I emptied the cache, but I still get the error. What now?

Having trouble downloading one particular TV episode. I've emptied the cache as instructed, but I still get the error. I've been able to download other items since the error, but it seems to be stuck on this. Happening both on the iPad and in iTunes (Windows 7).
