change rescue email address

1. You can do it through My Apple ID: http://appleid.apple.com
2. Click "manage account" on the right. Sign in. Click "password and security."
3. You can change your rescue email address after you answer your security questions.

There is no option "password and security". Just an option to verify email address..

Ok, well what if you can't remember the answer to the questions. And the only way to get them is to have an email sent to your rescue email and you don't have that email anymore..... Stuck, please help me 😕
