How do I re-download Icloud

My photo stream was not working so I removed Icloud from my computer and want to now reinstall it, in an attempt to fix the problem. So far I've run repair on my Itunes, and I can't find any links to a download.

How do I go about getting Icloud back on my PC (running vista)
