The display of my Iphone 4S does not respond and the LED is on. What does this mean?
How can i check settings if my display IS NOT responding?

I did'nt drop it. I don't know if it got wet.
Try a reset by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.
I did that several times,but however, the situation is still the same.

You can try restoring it. If that doesn't fix it, restore it as new.
If that still doesn't fix it, make an appointment at the genius bar. It's under warranty.
