Can I create an Anchor Layout for each page like "Master Slide" from Powerpoint? How Can I do it?

IWith iBooks Author, 'anchor' means to link an object to another object (in the layout), not to anchor something in a specific location on a 'page'.
Given that, what is it you want to accomplish?
I mean to create a layout to be followed on all books pages, like slide master on PPT.

I haven't touched PPT in several hundred years, sorry 🙂
Try creating a slideshow in Keynote instead, and then use that in an iBA Keynote widget.
