how to i turn voice over off

If you don't know how it got turned on, chances are that is set to come on using a triple home button click. So... First try to triple click to turn it off. Then go to Settings > Accessibility and turn triple click off to prevent it from happening again.

I turned my ipad off to clean screen. when I turned it back on, the voice over was on and the keyboard was on screen. Now I can't get to the passcode screen. What to do?

I turned my ipad off to clean screen. when I turned it back on, the voice over was on and the keyboard was on screen. Now I can't get to the passcode screen. What to do? I tried triple tapping home button: no responce except voice says "voice over off" but keyboard still there. Tapping keyboard hide does nothing. The keyboard still blocks the on slide.
