Can't find personal hotspot ipad 3
I have a cellular plan but cant find the personal hotspot on my 3rd generation ipad
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 5.1.1
Does your cellular provider offer tethering? (Some don't)
Did you subscribe to a tethering plan? (Most cellular providers charge extra for it)
