Rename device Port

How do I rename a device in Mac, for example renaming a portable webcam, midi device, etc. Midi Studio on Mac is not helping as the software I am using picks up the port name. I have 2 of the same devices connected via usb and the program is getting confused with one is which. So i need to put 1 and 2 at the end of the port name.

I know how to rename in Windows, You can do it in the device manager, not sure how to do it on Mac though
