Yesterday I did a software update, and now when I go to YouTube, none of the videos play. What is going on? I have a MacBook Pro.

I'm not sure what was updated, I just did a software update and didn't pay attention OS X 10.7.4 is what I have. How do I repair permissions? Yes computer was restarted.

In order for YouTube to work, you need to double check that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player Software.
You don't provide enough information to answer your question, but I'm guessing that you installed the Mac OS 10.7.4 update, which, among other things, deletes outdated versions of Flash Player. If that's the case, you need to download the latest version of Flash from adobe.com (not from any other website) and install it.
