What are you trying to connect via Bluetooth? Not every device can be paired with your phone:
iOS: Supported Bluetooth profiles
Check the general troubleshooting here:
iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
iOS: Third-party Bluetooth headsets, headphones, and keyboards
I want to transfer some pictures from my 4S to macbook via bluetooth..but it doesn't work 😟 any suggestion ?
If iCloud works on your MacBook, use Photostream:
The only other way is this one:
Copying personal photos and videos from iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer
Apple is so annoying about this! Why can't we use Bluetooth transferring -- it's so simple (as I used it with my MacBook Air and almost smartphone Nokia C-3). So annoying.

It's also slow and creates a security hole. You can transfer between iOS devices over BT if you get an app that is designed to do that. They work ok.
If you want Apple to know your feelings, submit your feedback directly:
You can use iMessage, which takes a long time. Or, you can use the app I recommend, which is called bump. It is free, and all you have to do is select the pictures you want to transfer and gently bump your 2 devices. Hope this helps!
Thank you! I'll check it out. 😀
I'm having similar problems with my iPhone4 bluetooth connecting through a viseeo mb-4 to my 2005 Benz CLK 280. Are there any fixes for this?
The solution that worked for me was to Backup and then Restore.
For the backup: you can do it via iTunes (plug the iPhone and right click over its icon on the Devices section and then choose Back Up) or download your photos, contacts and other important documents to your Mac using iPhoto (just download your photos) or apps like My Contacts Back Up (it will email you the full list so you can upload it to the iPhone later). Make sure you backup properly please!
After you have done the back up choose Restore in iTunes and that will erase all the files and apps from the iPhone so it will be back to the settings it had on the day you used it for the first time (you'll be able to recover all the apps you paid for since they'll be linked to the Apple ID you used to purchase them).
The iPhone will still have the latest version of iOS (6.1.3) so if the problem is -like in most cases- software related it would be fixed and you'll able to pair the device again. If not maybe you will have to downgrade the iOS to the previous version.
Hope this helps!
Thank you! I'll try that.
Anyone had this problem? Some calls in the car are heard over loud speaker and some can only be heard on the phone itself. Mostly it happens on incoming calls. Is there a setting I'm missing? Car dealer told me to pair the phone again but that corrected nothing.
it is actually quite common. I know it is supposed to be a "hand-free" deal, but sometimes it isnt. if you are having these problems, what you need to do during the callis hit bluetooth, then select your car's name. Sometimes it doesnt always pick up the signal fast enough, so why not give it a little shove?
-find this helpful? please say so! :)
