May 25, 2012 5:55 AM in response to xmjhistoryby diesel vdub,Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Have all of these steps been tried?
If none of the above resolves it, try replacing the SIM.
Beyond that, take it to Apple for evaluation.

May 25, 2012 8:05 AM in response to xmjhistoryby diesel vdub,Take it to Apple. If it's still under warranty, it's covered. Otherwise, an Out of Warranty replacement is $149 in the US.
There is always 3rd party repair shops... google is your friend.
