On my manage back up and storage settings from iPhone, my phone is listed AND recently an unknown name appears next to mine (included as two names on the same device). I changed my password, but same result. Is this an iCloud glitch? Have I been hacked? I've retreated to back up on my computer, but would like to use iCloud with confidence. Grateful for any help.
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, sync Windows 7, back up iCloud
My Gfriend had this for around 3 weeks, mine was fine " Barry's iPhone" hers had her name then random letters as yours above. It was since she added back-up to iCloud as she used to back-up via Cable/iTunes.
iCloud is pain in the arse lately....
Also the icons are missing from the page ?
For example, from my iPhone 4S: Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > then in Backups it shows "This &xxxxx&s iPhone", where &xxxxx&s shows that my phone has two names attached to it, the second one I don't know, and can't get rid of it even by changing my password. Anyone else have this problem or an idea on how to resolve?
In fact, my sync shows EXACTLY the same ’s following my iPhone name - same as baz-bolly's screenshot above. Who or what is rsquo, and it's a little scary that it's on more than one iCloud sync account.
