My AppleTV is not showing wifi networks available, my iPhone and iPad do show the networks. What could cause this?

I have apple tv at home and it saw my wifi network and set up was easy. I immediately mirrored my iPad to my TV which was my desire. I bought another apple tv for my office, different wifi network, and this appletv does not show wifi networks.
