It comes out that changing passwords supposedly secures access to applications and accounts on iPhone -- I did it so I'm glad that it did not go in vain
and Erase button, ok it will delete all the data on the phone, preventing the thief from accessing it but what about the 4-code, PIN and others protection? I could not read anywhere if this will delate my files, data etc but unlock the phone.
police have my IMEI, I also have a 4-code and PIN, I turned on the option "Find iPhone" but it is offline so I can not track it down
Is it possible to breach these security?

Unfortunately, after a device has been lost/stolen, and Find my iPhone is disabled, there is no way to track it down. You could report the incident to local authorities and hope for the best. I wish you the best of luck getting back your iPhone.
