My ipad 2 - I downloaded a rented movie and I can't find it anywhere. I went to my itunes account and it showed I rented it. So then I purchased a song and it showed up so I rented another movie for 99 cents and it didn't show up. Do I need to do anything with my settings - or do I need to download a certain app. I am frustrated with it and might just use Netflix.

Don't feel dumb. People are used to using iTunes on their computers as the media player as well as the store. On the iPad, iTunes is just a store to buy the media.
Thanks for discovering this answer. I was having the same problem. Don't feel stupid: I sold over $50M in hardware, software and services for a large IT company years ago and even I couldn't figure it out. 🙂
