Why would you want to buy a locked, contract iPhone from the USA. It will not be able to be used in India.
These are prices for the phones only, as you know you must also sign a service agreement with AT&T or other carrier.

As has already been stated, unless you intend to pay for it as a gift to a friend or relative who lives in the US and will be using it exclusively on an AT&T contract, you'll be wasting your money. You can't use it without AT&T service.
