I have a second i Phone. Want to transfer music from my first I phone. Hve to get I phone plus. Can't get it through my computer in windows. Message is I do not have any upgrades. Why?

What do you think itunes plus is?
Itunes plus is non-drm songs at a higher bit rate. It is not something that you subscribe to.
When you click itunes plus, it will show you any songs that you own ( purchased prior to itunes plus) that are avilable for upgrade to itunes plus. If you do not have any to update, then you will get the message that you are seeing.
Everything is working exactly as it should.
