Using personal and work ITunes accounts on work iPad

I have recently got a new iPad thru work. I have set up a work apple I'd for the iPad. I want to share some of my personal stuff on the same device but I think I can only have one account associated with the device in a 90 day period. is there any workaround to this? When the 90 days are .up, will I then be able to have both accounts feeding into the same device? Apols if this has been asked before, am a relative newbie to all of this....
