i have problem to restore is called erro 14 and i cannot open i pad

just do a google search by typing

5.1.1 firmware download for ipadwifi or ipad gsm

depending the model you have

5.1.1 is the latest update

just download it and save it on your desktop and then connect your device to itunes

so for restore first press shift and then click restore, itunes will give you the option to select a file so that is when you will have to just select the file that is already on your desktop

if shift and restore not working

then try shift + update, this should definitely start your device
