help with copy/paste

text? just select the text like any other text and press command+C. Command+V to paste.

you will see the text get highlighted as you select it by pressing and holding your left mouse button while passing over the words.

for that just move your mouse over the item you wish to copy and right click...you will see options to save the picture , copy it....
