Each time I miss a call the screen goes black and unresponsive. I try to turn off the phone but it won't. I touch the screen and it switches from Missed call ID screen to black and the only way I can "unblock" it is by removing the sim card. Any idea why this happens? Should I send it in for repair? Thanks!
