No really. Perhaps the CIA could recover it.

lllaass, can't you see the data if you use a thumbdrive like the iphone recovery stick?
I am not familiar with the iPhone recovery stick.
you can look on google for it. it is said to be able to show every website you have visited on safari.
also, if someone can't use that to recover the history on the ipod with private browsing turned on, can't they use some kind of program?
Googleing show that the iPhone recovery stic only work with phones and iOS 4.1 or less.
This program says it works for iPod touch but provides little specific information.

If you have Privite browsing on then I would expect the history to not be saved.
lllaass, is there any program that can show you your ipod safari history even if private browsing is turned on?
if there isn't, is there any way to see the things you searched on safari or the videos you watched?😕😟ℹ⚠
I do not realy know.
so if there was, would the program be complicated and would it show what you watched, searched, and went to on safari? and if there really isn't, is there any other way like a thumb drive or something?
If you are concerned you can private browsing and then restore the iPod from backup. Since the history is not saved, the restore should overwrite and areas when the the data was temporarily stored. The recovery software only works when the areas have not been overwritten.
so if i already overwrote the areas by going to many different websites then the data is gone forever?
Yes, for all practical purposes.
what do you mean by "for all practical purposes"😕
Solid state drives have an finite number of read/write cycles unlike magnetic media. Therefore, the controller evens out the writting over the whole disk. Thusm with an not-full disk, overwriting takes a long time.
i do not understand most of what you just said, but does it mean the data is still availible? and can be seen with a thumbdrive, iphone recovery stick, of computer program?
by of i ment or
