Iphone App similar to IGotYa

Hi Everyone,

I am so disappointed to have lost my iPhone inside a hospital clinic and the worst thing is I have lots of personal data in it. I am not sure of there is a way to detect or track it because first the 3G is not turned ON because I brought it home in the Philippines where it is just in roaming mode. Could I still track it most especially the woman who stole my phone turned it OFF?

Also, is there a very similar app available in the App store similar to IGotYa where I have just learned that is only available when an Iphone is Jailbroken? the IGotYa app actually takes a picture of a stranger who cannot unlock the iphone plus sends the picture to your e-mail and most importantly will not allow the robber to turn OFF the iPhone. Could there be a similar app as this?
