I try to restore it but I can't.My ipod dosen't appear on the itunes and the screen of the ipod only showing "Do not disconnect.' My ipod is classic 120GB. Please help me.

I had the same problem with ipod classic 4th generation ("device not recognized"). Updated ITunes software and used a different USB port and ipod worked fine in Win 7 64 bit. Some USB ports are different to others, I have USB 3.0 and 2.0 on my PC the one at the front of PC wouldn't work but the one on the back did. Hope this helps.
